Knowledge Mobilization and Opportunities for Research Collaboration
Opportunities for research by faculty, grad students and k-12 teacher-researchers continue to emerge in three ways.
- With the opening of each K-12-teacher education ‘portal,’ research studies may emerge that participants and critical friends can develop and operationalize upon securing the necessary ethical approvals and permissions.
- The project team leaders will be documenting the overall project goals, infrastructure and the individual portal collaborations to disseminate knowledge from the ‘bird’s eye view.
- Participants will be encouraged to disseminate knowledge at an academic conference and invited to present at our internally organized symposium which will further be used as an event to consolidate writing teams for articles for academic publications and to build representations of GCE praxes as resources for educators across the k-12 to teacher education spectrum.
